    Orfestra-Test Radyo Test Yayını

Yes. All the music broadcast on Orfestra is fully owned by us, including both composition and recording rights. When you sign up, you receive a direct licensing agreement that legally covers your in-store music broadcast. In case of an inspection, your signed license agreement serves as valid proof of compliance.

Copyright infringement is considered a serious offense in most countries. Businesses caught using unlicensed music in commercial spaces can face substantial fines, legal action, or even criminal penalties depending on local laws.

For example:

  • In the United States, fines can reach thousands of dollars per violation.

  • In the UK and EU, businesses may be required to obtain licenses from collecting societies or face legal claims.

  • In some regions, repeated violations may even lead to temporary business closures or court proceedings.

That’s why using a fully licensed service like Orfestra helps protect your business from these risks, with a direct license agreement that covers your music usage.

Popular music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or Deezer are designed strictly for personal use and are not licensed for commercial environments.
Even if you have a paid subscription, using them in a business setting does not cover your legal obligations and may still result in copyright violations.

Orfestra is built exclusively for business use. We own 100% of the rights to all music in our library, allowing us to provide a fully legal broadcast with a direct licensing agreement that protects your business during inspections.

To access the radio stations, you’ll need to sign up for free and digitally accept the direct license agreement created for your business.

Once registered, you can instantly start playing the station of your choice using any internet connection. All broadcasts run 24/7, ad-free and without interruption.

We’re currently in a beta testing phase, so the number of available stations is limited. After this phase, we’ll introduce more channels tailored to different business types and music styles.

Yes. The direct license agreement you receive upon registration is legally valid and sufficient in the event of an inspection by copyright enforcement authorities.

All the music broadcast on Orfestra is 100% owned by us, including both the composition and recording rights. Therefore, you are not required to obtain separate permissions or licenses from any copyright collection societies in your country.

By licensing music directly from Orfestra, your music usage is fully legal and protected, no third-party licensing is necessary.

We broadcast a wide range of in-store friendly music genres, including chillout, lo-fi, funk, soft pop, house, ambient, classical, and jazz, all curated to enhance the atmosphere and energy of commercial spaces.

All tracks are produced in-house by the Orfestra team, with a focus on improving your customer experience through intentional and targeted sound design. Since we do not use any third-party music, we retain 100% copyright control over every track we broadcast.

During the beta phase, we are also expanding our music library based on user feedback and the most requested styles.

Orfestra is a members-only service. However, to help you experience our broadcast quality before signing up, we offer a limited 5-minute demo stream each day.

To continue listening beyond the demo, you’ll need to register for free and digitally accept the direct license agreement. This license is legally valid and sufficient in case of an inspection by copyright authorities.

Orfestra is currently in its beta phase, which means the service is completely free for now. There is no fixed end date for the beta period yet.

Once the paid plans are introduced, our pricing will remain far more affordable compared to traditional music licensing organizations. Plus, our first 50 members will receive access to special discounted plans as a thank-you for joining early.
